This morning I woke up at 4:00 am. I looked at my thermostat, it read 12 degrees Fahrenheit. With the wind chill factor it feels colder. How cold was it? As per the thermostat, the wind chill feels like 0 degree Fahrenheit.
I've come to the realization that my body is going through the process of acclimatization. As much as I hate winter, it seems that my body is adjusting to cold weather. This is what happens when you spend the last four weeks dealing with freezing temperatures.
I don't want to begin feeling comfortable in colder temperatures. As God is my witness, if all goes as planned, this is my last winter in the United States.
